# DraftKings Casino review (2026)

> DraftKings Casino publishes clear Canadian payout times, under 24 hours to debit and credit cards, 1 to 3 days by Interac and 1 to 2 days by PayPal, and lets you withdraw from $1, which is lower than any rival we review. Its casino app is rated 4.7 on Canada's App Store, and it's registered in Ontario and Alberta. It ranks fourth because it doesn't publish a Canadian game count, its support runs through a chatbot, tickets and callbacks rather than open live chat, and the AGCO fined it $100,000 in 2022 over inducement advertising.

## What is DraftKings Casino?

DraftKings Casino is the online casino of DraftKings, the US sportsbook and casino group. In Canada it's run by Crown DK CAN Ltd., which also runs DraftKings Sportsbook and Golden Nugget Casino in Ontario. DraftKings says it operates in Ontario under an operating agreement with iGaming Ontario. It ranks #4 in [our ranking of the best online casinos in Canada](https://safebet.ai/ca/online-casinos/).

## Is DraftKings Casino legal in Canada?

Yes, in two provinces:

| Province | Regulator | Status |
|---|---|---|
| Ontario | AGCO, through iGaming Ontario | Crown DK CAN Ltd. is on iGaming Ontario's list of regulated operators, with the casino at casino.draftkings.com. 19+. |
| Alberta | AGLC, through the Alberta iGaming Corporation | Live since July 13, 2026, when DraftKings ended its daily fantasy sports and Pick6 games in Alberta. 18+, with a verified Canadian address. |

You must be physically in the province to play. For the rest of Canada, see [online casino laws by province](https://safebet.ai/ca/online-casinos/are-online-casinos-legal/).

## Games

DraftKings offers slots, table games and live dealer games, but it doesn't publish a game count for Canada, and its Canadian lobby couldn't be counted for this review, so we scored its library conservatively. Its sister brand Golden Nugget Casino, run by the same company in Ontario, has its own lobby.

## Deposits and withdrawals

DraftKings' Canadian help centre is clearer than most:

| Method | Deposit | Withdrawal time | Withdrawal limits |
|---|---|---|---|
| Debit and credit cards | Visa, Mastercard, Discover; Amex credit only | Under 24 hours | $1–$25,000 |
| Interac | Yes | 1–3 days | $1–$10,000 |
| PayPal | Yes | 1–2 days | $1–$60,000 |
| Cheque | No | 5–7 business days with tracking; up to 14 under $100 | $15–$50,000 |

Times run from DraftKings' "Withdrawal Request Completed" email, and DraftKings warns that individual withdrawals can take longer. One older DraftKings page lists PayPal at 3 to 5 days. Instant card payouts depend on your card brand and bank approving them. Online banking, wire transfers, cash and gift cards aren't accepted for deposits.

## App and experience

DraftKings Casino has its own app, rated 4.7 out of 5 from 7,380 ratings on Canada's App Store and 4.7 on Google Play, and the combined DraftKings Sportsbook & Casino app is rated 4.7 from 20,429 iOS ratings (October 22, 2026). In Alberta, DraftKings lists its casino apps for iOS and Android among the ways to play.

## Safety, responsible gambling and support

As an AGCO registrant, DraftKings must meet Ontario's Registrar's Standards for Internet Gaming. On June 30, 2022, a few weeks after Ontario's market opened, the AGCO issued it a $100,000 monetary penalty for advertising boosted 2:1 odds as an inducement between May 19 and 31, 2022, against Standard 2.05. We found no later AGCO action against it.

Its responsible gambling tools include daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits, cool-off periods of 1 day, 1 week, 1 month, 2 months or 3 months, and self-exclusion for 6 months, 1 year or 5 years. In Ontario you can also register with BetGuard, which blocks every regulated site at once.

Support starts in DraftKings' help centre and chatbot; you can open a ticket, and Ontario customers can ask for a callback from the support team. There's no open live chat or published phone line.

## Who is DraftKings Casino best for?

- **Players who withdraw to a card** and want the money within a day.
- **Small-stakes players**, with withdrawals from $1.
- **DraftKings sportsbook customers** in Ontario or Alberta.
- **Not for** players who want to chat with a person straight away, or who want to know the library's size before signing up.

## Our verdict

DraftKings Casino is a solid, well-documented choice in Ontario and Alberta: quick card payouts, $1 minimum withdrawals and a 4.7-rated app. It ranks fourth because its library size is unknown, its support goes through a chatbot and tickets, and Interac payouts are slower than bet365's.
