#5 of 5 best sports betting sites in Australia

Our verdict: biggest same-game multis

7.8 /10

Dabble is built for same-game multi fans. Its same-game multis take up to 25 legs, the most in our ranking, on selected sports including AFL and NRL, and its app is the best-rated on the iPhone in our ranking, at 4.68 from 17,021 ratings. It asks every new customer to set a deposit limit, takes deposits from $5 and pays fast withdrawals typically within minutes, except overnight. It ranks fifth because of its record and limits: in September 2026 ACMA announced a $1,069,200 penalty for failing to close the accounts of 157 people registered with BetStop and messaging self-excluded people, payouts are capped at $100,000 ($20,000 on same-game multis), cash out stops once an event starts, and support is open only until 8pm or 11pm.

What is Dabble?

Dabble is an Australian bookmaker run by Dabble Sports Pty Ltd, trading as Dabble Sports, which says its betting experience is only available on its mobile app. It ranks #5 in our ranking of the best betting sites in Australia.

Is Dabble licensed in Australia?

Yes. Dabble Sports Pty Ltd (ACN 641 982 425) is licensed as a sports bookmaker by the Northern Territory Wagering Commission to take bets electronically and by phone, and dabble.com.au is on the register of licensed interactive gambling providers kept by the Australian Communications and Media Authority (ACMA). Complaints it can’t resolve can be escalated to the NT commission.

Its record holds it back. On September 16, 2026, ACMA announced that Dabble had paid $1,069,200 in penalties and entered a two-year court-enforceable undertaking, after it failed to close 157 betting accounts whose holders had registered with BetStop, the national self-exclusion register, and sent 165 self-excluded people a total of 839 electronic messages. We found no NT disciplinary decision against Dabble since 2022, and no action by the Victorian or NSW regulators. Check any site with our Australian legality check.

Sports, markets and features

Dabble’s app covers AFL, NRL, NFL, NBA, MLB, esports, tennis, soccer, motorsport, MMA and horse and greyhound racing. Its same-game multis take up to 25 legs, the most in our ranking, on selected sports including AFL and NRL, and its app has an SGM tracker for NRL, AFL, NBA and more; it also offers Pick’em bets of 3 to 16 legs. You can cash out a bet before the event starts, but not once it’s under way. We found no live streams in its help centre.

As Australian law requires, Dabble doesn’t take in-play bets online, though it may take them by phone. Our guide to sports betting law in Australia explains the rules.

Odds and limits

Dabble doesn’t publish its margins, and we don’t collect its odds: its terms ban scraping and any form of automated data extraction. Our margin calculator shows what any market costs you.

Its limits are the lowest in our ranking, alongside betr’s: the most Dabble will pay out to one customer on a fixed-odds single or multi is $100,000, and on a same-game multi, or several with exactly the same selections, $20,000. The minimum bet is 1 cent online and $20 by phone.

Deposits and withdrawals

You can deposit from $5 by debit card, Apple Pay (on iPhone), Google Pay (on Android), PayPal or PayID. By law, credit cards can’t be used, and Dabble doesn’t accept prepaid or gift cards either.

Withdrawals go by bank transfer only, to your verified Australian bank account, from $5. Fast withdrawals to banks on the New Payments Platform typically arrive within minutes, but they aren’t available overnight, until 8:30am AEST; requests made then, like your first withdrawal, are processed by 3pm AEST.

App and experience

The Dabble - You Better Believe It app is rated 4.68 out of 5 from 17,021 ratings on the Australian App Store, the best-rated iPhone app in our ranking, and 4.4 from 5,537 ratings on Google Play, with more than 100,000 downloads (October 23, 2026).

Safety, responsible gambling and support

Dabble asks you to set a deposit limit when you open your account, over a day, a week, a fortnight or a calendar month; raising or removing one takes a 7-day cooling-off period. Its App Store listing says deposit limits are mandatory for anyone under 25. You can take a break of 1 day to 5 years, which can’t be cancelled or shortened once it starts, or exclude yourself permanently, and you’ll get a monthly activity statement by email on the first Monday of each month. Your identity is verified when you open an account.

Support is available by in-app chat, email and phone (1800 322 253) from 8:30am to 8pm AEST Sunday to Wednesday and to 11pm Thursday to Saturday; Dabble says it will reply to complaints within 48 hours with an indication of how long they’ll take to resolve.
