888casino has one of the biggest slot catalogues in our Spain top five, but its licensee has five DGOJ resolutions since 2021, its own pages disagree on payout times and support hours, and its parent, evoke, reports going-concern uncertainties ahead of a takeover by Bally's Intralot. These four DGOJ-licensed casinos each beat 888casino on something specific, from regulatory record to payout speed and support.

Run by TSG Interactive Spain SA, PokerStars Casino has a large catalogue, with about 3,259 entries in its Spanish game list in May 2026, and it says e-wallet payouts take minutes. Run by Casumo Spain PLC, Casumo's only DGOJ case since 2021 is a written warning over advertising in 2023. It isn't in our top five because its Spanish app footprint is much smaller (461 iOS ratings), so we didn't research it in depth.
