What is LeoVegas?

LeoVegas is an online casino brand run in the UK by LeoVegas Gaming PLC, which also runs BetMGM, BetUK, 21.co.uk, Pink Casino and SlotBoss there. Its UK site is leovegas.co.uk. It ranks #3 in our ranking of the best online casinos in the UK.

Is LeoVegas licensed in the UK?

Yes. LeoVegas Gaming PLC has held a Gambling Commission remote casino licence since November 1, 2014 (account 39198, licence 039198-R-319450-029), the same licence that covers BetMGM, and leovegas.co.uk is on the Commission’s public register; the register lists the international address, leovegas.com, as inactive. LeoVegas’s help centre confirms that LeoVegas Gaming PLC is “the licensed and regulated entity with the Gambling Commission”. We found no fine, settlement or other regulatory action against LeoVegas Gaming PLC on the Commission’s register, which covers decisions since November 2023. Games

LeoVegas’s UK app listing claims “over 2,900 slot machines, RNG and jackpot games”, the largest figure any casino in our ranking publishes. Its help centre names Evolution, NetEnt, Pragmatic Play, Relax Gaming, Blue Guru, Nolimit City and Push Gaming among its studios. The app listing also promises bespoke LeoVegas tables from its own exclusive live studio; an older help page, last updated in May 2024, speaks of more than 100 live tables from more than 10 studios. Each game’s rules and return to player (RTP) are in the game, behind the gear icon or the “?”. As at every licensed UK casino, online slots are capped at £5 a spin, or £2 if you’re 18 to 24.

Deposits and withdrawals

You can deposit from £10 to £20,000 by debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal or bank transfer. Withdrawals go back to the method you deposited with, from £10, up to £8,000 by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, £4,000 by PayPal and £35,000 by bank transfer; support can process smaller withdrawals by hand. LeoVegas says that once a withdrawal is approved, the money typically arrives within 1 to 3 business days. It charges no withdrawal fees, and a withdrawal can’t be cancelled once requested.

App and experience

LeoVegas’s UK app is rated 4.42 out of 5 on the App Store, but from only 248 ratings, and 4.1 from 168 reviews on Google Play, with more than 10,000 downloads (October 22, 2026). That’s a small following: BetMGM’s app, from the same operator, has more than 14,000 ratings on iOS. According to its listing, the app has a dark mode and quick access to your last-played game.

Safety, responsible gambling and support

LeoVegas offers the same limits as BetMGM: deposit and net deposit limits, stake limits, loss limits, session limits and time alerts, with decreases taking effect at once and increases after 24 hours. It also sets mandatory deposit and net deposit limits on every account, counting deposits across all LeoVegas Gaming PLC sites together. You can take a time-out of 1 day to 6 weeks, or self-exclude for 6 months to 5 years, during which you can’t open an account at any of its sister sites, and use GAMSTOP. You can’t block casino, live casino or sports on their own: any break or limit applies to your whole account.
