William Hill Vegas review 2026
Withdrawals to Visa Direct cards within about 4 hours, £5 deposits by debit card, Apple Pay or Pay by Bank, 24/7 messaging, and slots, live tables and bingo under one William Hill account.
William Hill Vegas is the pick for fast, flexible payments: deposits start at £5 by debit card, Apple Pay or Pay by Bank, or £10 by PayPal, and withdrawals usually reach a Visa Direct card within 4 hours. It has slots, an Evolution live casino and bingo rooms, answers by messaging 24/7, and makes hourly session reminders compulsory. It ranks last of our seven because its operator, WHG (International) Limited, has the heaviest regulatory record here: £12.5 million in 2023 and a £82,687 penalty in 2025. It also charges £3 a month on accounts left unused for 13 months, and we found no William Hill Vegas app on Google Play.

What is William Hill Vegas?
William Hill Vegas is William Hill’s online casino, run by WHG (International) Limited, the company that also runs the williamhill.com sportsbook; one William Hill account covers both. It ranks #7 in our ranking of the best online casinos in the UK. For the sportsbook, see our William Hill review.
Is William Hill Vegas licensed in the UK?
Yes. WHG (International) Limited has held a Gambling Commission remote licence for casino, bingo, betting and pool betting since November 1, 2014 (account 39225, licence 039225-R-319373-015), and williamhill.com is on the Commission’s public register.
Its record is the heaviest in our ranking. In March 2023 the Commission announced that three William Hill Group businesses would pay a record £19.2 million for social responsibility and anti-money-laundering failures, £12.5 million of it from WHG (International); it said the failings were so widespread that it had seriously considered suspending the licence. On August 7, 2025 WHG was fined £82,687 for failing to identify customers holding accounts with other group companies, a breach it had found and reported itself. Check any site with our UK licence check.
Games
William Hill Vegas’s app listing promises hundreds of games: slots such as Big Bass Bonanza, Fishin’ Frenzy and Sweet Bonanza, Megaways and jackpot slots, roulette, blackjack, poker, baccarat and bingo rooms, plus live dealer tables. Its help centre names Evolution as the supplier of its live casino. It doesn’t publish a game count. Each game’s return to player (RTP) is stated in its game rules. As at every licensed UK casino, slots are capped at £5 a spin, or £2 if you’re 18 to 24.
Deposits and withdrawals
You can deposit from £5 by debit card, Apple Pay or Pay by Bank, or from £10 by PayPal, Skrill or Neteller. Credit cards aren’t accepted from UK customers, including through PayPal or Apple Pay, and William Hill charges no fees on debit card or PayPal payments. Withdrawals start at £5 (£10 by PayPal). With a Visa card that supports Visa Direct, the money usually arrives within 4 hours, even at weekends; other cards take 1 to 3 working days, PayPal 1 working day, Apple Pay is immediate and Pay by Bank immediate to 1 working day. Customers in Great Britain and Northern Ireland can’t reverse a withdrawal: that option ended on June 30, 2020.
One fee to watch: if your account stays unused for 13 consecutive months with money in it, William Hill charges £3 a month, after trying to return your balance to your last payment method and warning you by email.
App and experience
William Hill Vegas’s iOS app is rated 4.45 out of 5 from 20,213 ratings on the UK App Store (October 22, 2026). We couldn’t find a William Hill Vegas app on Google Play UK.
Safety, responsible gambling and support
William Hill uses net deposit limits in the UK and, since September 22, 2026, also offers gross deposit limits, daily, weekly or monthly; decreases apply at once and increases after a 24-hour cooling-off period. New customers get a monthly net deposit limit set by William Hill, over a rolling 30 days. Session reminders are compulsory for UK customers, at least every hour. You can block the casino, live casino, Vegas, games, poker or bingo and keep betting on sport, take a time-out of up to 42 days, or self-exclude for 6 months to 5 years. William Hill may also run affordability checks through third parties, which don’t affect your credit score but may show as a search on your credit file.
Support is by messaging (live chat), 24/7; telephone betting closed on April 28, 2024. Free, confidential help: the National Gambling Helpline on 0808 8020 133, 24/7, and our guide to gambling help in the UK.
Who is William Hill Vegas best for?
- William Hill customers, with one account for sport and casino.
- Players who want their money fast on a Visa Direct card or Apple Pay.
- Not for players who want an operator with a clean record, or an Android app.
Our verdict
William Hill Vegas pays out quickly, takes £5 deposits by card, Apple Pay or bank and answers around the clock, but its operator’s regulatory record, the heaviest in our ranking, keeps it seventh. Compare it in our UK ranking, or see the best William Hill Vegas alternatives.
