LeoVegas review 2026

What is LeoVegas?

LeoVegas is an online gambling brand run in Germany by LVSports Limited in Malta, a subsidiary of LeoVegas Mobile Gaming Group. In Germany it offers slots and, since October 2024, sports betting. It ranks #4 in our ranking of the best online slot sites in Germany.

Is LeoVegas legal in Germany?

Yes. LVSports Limited holds two GGL licences for leovegas.de, and publishes both numbers in its footer: virtual slot machines since February 27, 2023 (208.1.1-12254-2021/48), and sports betting since October 21, 2024 (21.14-122588-2023/28). It has no state licence for table games, so it offers slots only. LeoVegas’s imprint says it isn’t willing or obliged to take part in consumer arbitration. We found no public warning against it on the GGL’s site as of October 22, 2026. Check any site with our German licence check.

Games

LeoVegas advertises “over 900 slots” from studios including Merkur, Play’n GO, Push Gaming, Novomatic, Pragmatic Play and Relax Gaming, with a Megaways category. Each game’s RTP is in its rules, behind the gear or question-mark icon. LeoVegas explains the German rules plainly: at least 5 seconds between spins, no autospins, and a maximum stake of up to €5 per round, which may be lower depending on your account status.

Deposits and withdrawals

LeoVegas publishes each method’s limits. Deposits start at €1 by Trustly, Sofort, PayPal or Skrill and €10 by paysafecard, up to €1,000; cards are processed by Nuvei, and up to three can be linked. Withdrawals start at €10 by PayPal or paysafecard and €20 by card, Trustly, Sofort, SEPA transfer or Skrill, with maximums of €10,000 or €50,000 depending on the method. LeoVegas says that after it processes a withdrawal, the money can take up to 5 working days to arrive, and it charges no fees for Trustly.

App and experience

LeoVegas’s iOS app, LeoVegas.de Online Spielothek, is rated 4.43 out of 5 from 807 ratings on Germany’s App Store (October 22, 2026). There’s no Android app: LeoVegas says it currently only offers an iOS app, and the site works in mobile browsers.

Safety, responsible gambling and support

LeoVegas goes beyond the legal minimum. Besides the €1,000 monthly LUGAS limit, loss and stake limits, the 24-hour panic button and OASIS self-exclusion, it shows a time alert after every hour of play with the change in your balance, followed by a 5-minute cool-off. Its LeoSafePlay pages explain its tools.

Support is available by live chat every day from 8 a.m. to midnight, by email at [email protected], and by phone on +49 800 505 2700. Free, anonymous help: the BIÖG helpline on 0800 1 37 27 00, and our guide to gambling help in Germany.

Who is LeoVegas best for?

• Players who want firm guardrails, with hourly time alerts and cool-offs.
• Small depositors, from €1.
• Not for Android app users or players who want their winnings the same day.

Our verdict

LeoVegas is transparent and careful, with published licence numbers and limits and some of the best responsible-gambling tools in our ranking. Slower payouts and no Android app keep it fourth. Compare it in our German ranking, or see the best LeoVegas alternatives.
