Cortex Holding S.A. holds licence 1830 from the Kansspelautoriteit (Ksa) for online casino games, sports betting and horse-race betting, valid from March 9, 2022 to March 9, 2027, and circus.nl is on the Ksa’s list of licence holders; Circus’s help centre names the same company and licence. The Ksa hasn’t fined it.
