Kansino review 2026
More than 6,500 games from 43 studios, apps rated 4.68 on iOS and 4.6 on Google Play, Dutch and English support around the clock, and a licence the Ksa renewed until 2031.
Kansino is the best online casino in the Netherlands for most players. Its library is the biggest we found, more than 6,500 games from 43 studios, its apps are rated 4.68 on iOS from more than 2,200 ratings and 4.6 on Google Play, and its support answers by live chat around the clock, in Dutch and English. It's a casino-only operator whose licence the Kansspelautoriteit renewed in September 2026, until 2031, and we found no fine against it. Its weak spots: you can only pay with iDEAL or Wero through Trustly, and a withdrawal can take up to three working days to reach your bank.

What is Kansino?
Kansino is an online casino run by Play North Limited, a company based in Sliema, Malta. It offers casino games only, with no sports betting or poker, and ranks #1 in our ranking of the best online casinos in the Netherlands.
Is Kansino licensed in the Netherlands?
Yes. Play North Limited holds Kansspelautoriteit (Ksa) licence 3609 for online casino games, and kansino.nl is the website the Ksa lists for it in its Kansspelwijzer. Its terms say it has been licensed since October 1, 2021, the day the legal Dutch online market opened. On September 17, 2026, Kansino was among the first eight operators whose licence the Ksa renewed: the new one runs from October 1, 2026 to October 1, 2031. For renewals, the Ksa says it looks explicitly at violations established in the past five years.
We found no fine against Play North. In 2022 the Ksa gave it an instruction under the anti-money-laundering act (Wwft) because it didn’t check its players’ gambling and the source of their money closely enough; that instruction is now final. In February 2026 the Ksa reprimanded Kansino over a marketing incident in which its ads appeared in mobile game apps. Check any site with our Dutch licence check, and read the rules for online casinos in the Netherlands.
Games
Kansino has the biggest library we found. Its homepage says it offers more than 6,000 games, and its studio directory lists 6,509 from 43 studios on October 23, 2026, led by Games Global (780), Pragmatic Play (526), Play’n GO (420), Yggdrasil (362) and Playtech (299), with Relax Gaming, Hacksaw Gaming, NetEnt and more. Its live casino, with roulette, blackjack and game shows, includes 93 games from Evolution. Kansino explains return to player (RTP) in its FAQ; we couldn’t confirm that each game shows its RTP.
Deposits and withdrawals
You can only deposit with iDEAL or Wero, through Trustly, from €10 to €5,000, and withdrawals go by Trustly bank transfer only. Withdrawals start at €1, up to €30,000 a day. Kansino says it processes a withdrawal almost immediately, but depending on your bank it often takes up to three working days to reach your account. It charges no inactivity fees, and if you close your account, your balance is paid out without costs.
App and experience
The Kansino - Slots & Casino games app is rated 4.68 out of 5 from 2,256 ratings on the Dutch App Store, and 4.6 from about 1,170 reviews on Google Play (October 23, 2026), among the best ratings of any casino in our ranking.
Safety, responsible gambling and support
When you sign up, Dutch rules make you set limits: at Kansino, a daily, weekly or monthly deposit limit and time limit, and a maximum balance. Lowering a limit takes effect at once; raising one only after a 7-day cooling-off. It shows a reality check every 60 minutes by default. For young adults, Kansino says the €300 monthly net deposit limit is a cap that can’t be exceeded; for players over 24, the limit is €700 a calendar month, the level above which Dutch rules require an affordability check. Kansino says it lowered its maximum deposit limits for young adults from March 1, 2025, and it checks Cruks, the national exclusion register.
Support is by live chat around the clock, in Dutch and English, by email ([email protected]) and by a free phone line (0800-7770333). Free, anonymous help: OpenOverGokken, the Ksa’s helpline, on 0800 24 000 22, 24/7, and our guide to gambling help in the Netherlands.
Who is Kansino best for?
- Slot players who want the biggest choice of games and studios.
- App players, with apps rated 4.68 and 4.6.
- Not for players who want to pay by card or PayPal, or who also bet on sports.
Our verdict
Kansino combines the biggest game library we found with top-rated apps, round-the-clock support and a clean record, which puts it top of our Dutch ranking. More payment methods and faster bank payouts would make it hard to beat. Compare it in our Dutch ranking, or see the best Kansino alternatives.
