What is ZEbet?

ZEbet is a Dutch-licensed bookmaker for sports betting, run by ZEbetting & Gaming Nederland B.V. of Rijswijk, which also runs ZEturf for betting on horse racing. Unlike every other bookmaker in our ranking, it offers no casino games. It ranks #4 in our ranking of the best betting sites in the Netherlands.

Is ZEbet licensed in the Netherlands?

Yes. ZEbetting & Gaming Nederland B.V. holds Ksa licence 1600 for online sports betting and horse-race betting, valid from February 16, 2022 to February 16, 2027, and zebet.nl and zeturf.nl are the websites the Kansspelautoriteit (Ksa) lists for it. Its licence will need renewing in early 2027.

The Ksa has never fined or formally sanctioned it, as far as its published decisions show, but warned it twice in July 2025: once, with Circus’s operator, for letting customers bet on winning or losing a tennis set, which Dutch rules don’t allow, and once because a customer couldn’t withdraw a deposit without wagering it first. ZEbet told the Ksa this was a technical error, paid customers who contacted it without making them wager, and fixed it the same day. Check any site with our Dutch licence check.

Sports, markets and features

ZEbet’s football section starts with the Eredivisie and Eerste Divisie, and it offers live betting, with cash out on pre-match and live bets; live bets placed from the venue itself are cancelled. We found no bet builder or live streaming on its site. As at every licensed Dutch sportsbook, there are no bets on matches between players under 21, on amateur and youth competitions or on events such as cards and corners: see sports betting law in the Netherlands.

Odds and limits

ZEbet doesn’t publish its margins, and we don’t collect its odds: its terms forbid using web scraping to extract information from its pages. Our margin calculator shows what any market costs you.

The minimum stake is €0.10 in most cases, and the maximum stake for each bet is shown when you place it. We found no maximum payout in its terms. Winning bets are credited within 24 hours of the official result.

Deposits and withdrawals

You can deposit by iDEAL, Visa or Mastercard, with your first deposit by iDEAL; ZEbet doesn’t publish a minimum deposit. It charges no fees on deposits or withdrawals, and aims to approve a withdrawal to your bank account within one working day of your request.

The ZEbet Sportweddenschappen app is rated 4.46 out of 5 from 137 ratings on the Dutch App Store and 4.6 from 29 reviews on Google Play, with more than 1,000 downloads (October 23, 2026).

Safety, responsible gambling and support

ZEbet sets net deposit, deposit, time and balance limits from the start, and raising one takes 7 days. It goes further than most for players under 24: no promotions, a balance limit of at most €10,000, and a deposit limit that can’t go above €12 a day, €100 a week or €400 a month, even after a conversation with ZEbet. Net deposits are capped at €300 a month under 24 and €700 from 24. You can take a cooling-off period of 7 days to 3 months, a longer break of 4 months to 2 years, or register with Cruks, the national exclusion register.

Our verdict
