Sky Bet is the better choice for most bettors: we found no fine or settlement against it in the Gambling Commission's records since March 2021, its Pay by Bank withdrawals arrive immediately, and it streams selected in-play events free. bet365 is the pick for big football bettors and app-first bettors, with caps of up to £2 million a day on the Premier League and the most-rated betting app we found, though it settled with the Commission in 2024 and we couldn't check its withdrawal times.
We found no action against Sky Bet's operators since March 2021; bet365's two UK licensees agreed to pay £582,120 in April 2024, £239,085 of it from the sportsbook.
