FanDuel Casino review 2026

What is FanDuel Casino?

FanDuel Casino is the online casino of FanDuel, the North American brand of Flutter Entertainment. In Canada it’s run by FanDuel Canada ULC, which in Ontario operates the casino on behalf of iGaming Ontario, the provincial agency that conducts and manages the private online market. The same terms cover FanDuel’s casino and its sportsbook, and the casino games are also available inside the sportsbook app. It ranks #2 in our ranking of the best online casinos in Canada.

Is FanDuel Casino legal in Canada?

Yes, in two provinces, as long as you’re physically there when you play.

In the rest of Canada, online casinos are run by the provinces, so FanDuel isn’t available. See online casino laws by province, or check any site with our Canadian casino licence check.

Games

FanDuel has the biggest library we could count in Canada. On October 22, 2026, its Ontario lobby listed:

The live casino mixes Evolution, Playtech and Pragmatic Play tables, including blackjack, roulette and baccarat. Studios across the lobby include Evolution, Pragmatic Play, IGT and Playtech. Slot stakes start at $0.10 a spin on many games, and some table games take bets of up to $100,000.

Deposits and withdrawals

This is FanDuel’s weak spot, mostly because it’s hard to pin down. Its Canadian help pages now redirect to its US help centre, so we couldn’t confirm its Canadian deposit methods, minimums or payout times on an official page. What FanDuel does say:

• Its casino app promises “lightning fast payouts” and says you can “withdraw your winnings in as little as 2 hours”.
• Its Ontario terms say it “will use commercially reasonable efforts to process your withdrawal request within 5 working days”, after its security checks.
• Every credit-card chargeback you start costs $5, plus $50 if it goes to pre-arbitration.
• Player funds are held in a separate account on behalf of iGaming Ontario.

If fast, clearly published payouts matter most, bet365 Casino lists 1 to 4 hours for Interac, cards and PayPal.

App and experience

FanDuel’s apps are the best-rated in our casino ranking. As of October 22, 2026, the standalone FanDuel Online Casino app was rated 4.7 out of 5 from 18,659 ratings on Canada’s App Store and 4.6 from about 10,900 ratings on Google Play. The combined FanDuel Sportsbook and Casino app was rated 4.8 from 48,597 iOS ratings.

Safety, responsible gambling and support

As an AGCO registrant, FanDuel must meet Ontario’s Registrar’s Standards for Internet Gaming. On January 8, 2026, the AGCO ordered it to pay a $350,000 penalty because, over several weeks in late 2024, it accepted 144 bets from three accounts on Czech table tennis matches showing signs of match-fixing without identifying, responding to or reporting them. That was a sportsbook failure, but it’s the same company.

FanDuel lets you set limits and take breaks, runs its own self-exclusion program, and its Ontario terms point to BetGuard, iGaming Ontario’s central self-exclusion, which covers every regulated site in the province. We couldn’t confirm its Canadian support hours, because its Canadian help centre now redirects to the US one; unresolved complaints in Ontario can go to iGaming Ontario at 1-833-554-4263.

Help with gambling is free and confidential: ConnexOntario at 1-866-531-2600 in Ontario, and 211 in Alberta. Our guide to gambling help in Canada lists every province.

Who is FanDuel Casino best for?

• Players who want the most choice, from slots to live dealer tables.
• Mobile players, with the best-rated casino apps in our ranking.
• FanDuel sportsbook customers, who can play the casino games in the same app.
• Not for players who want firmly published payout times or phone support.

Our verdict

FanDuel Casino is our pick for the biggest game library in Canada, and its apps are the best-rated we review. It ranks second, behind bet365 Casino, because its payout times and Canadian payment details are hard to confirm and because of its $350,000 AGCO penalty.
