What is Caesars Palace Online Casino?

Caesars Palace Online Casino is the real-money online casino of Caesars Entertainment, the company behind Caesars Palace in Las Vegas and the Caesars Rewards loyalty program. It is licensed in Michigan, New Jersey, Pennsylvania and West Virginia and ranks #5 in our list of the best US online casinos, mainly because your online play earns Caesars Rewards.

The app launched in 2023, a year before sister brand Horseshoe Online Casino, and both run on Caesars’ own “Liberty” platform. In New Jersey, the Caesars Palace brand was fifth by online casino win in 2025, with 7.0%, according to NJ Division of Gaming Enforcement figures, a line that may also include Horseshoe.

Caesars itself is being sold: in May 2026 it agreed to be acquired by Fertitta Entertainment for $31.00 per share in cash, about $17.6 billion including debt. Shareholders approved the deal on September 22, 2026, but after a Federal Trade Commission second request on September 14, it still needs antitrust and gaming approvals before Caesars goes private.

Is Caesars Palace Online Casino legal in the US?

Yes, in four states. Caesars Palace Online is licensed by each state’s gaming regulator, and you must be 21 or older and physically in one of them to play.

Caesars Palace Online has roughly 1,000 to 2,000 games, depending on the source: Covers and VegasInsider count over 1,000, while SportsLine lists 1,900+ slots, 80+ table games and 50+ live dealer games (September 2026) but still calls the library smaller than BetMGM Casino’s.

• Exclusives: Caesars’ in-house studio, Empire Creative, launched its first online slot, Ca$hline, in New Jersey in February 2026, and Caesars has proprietary Signature Blackjack, Signature American Roulette and Signature Baccarat.
• Live dealer: a Caesars-branded Evolution studio in Philadelphia, opened in January 2025, runs five blackjack tables (one VIP), one roulette and one baccarat table; SportsLine still calls live dealer limited.
• New content: Caesars was the first online casino to launch Aristocrat Interactive slots such as 5 Dragons in West Virginia (March 2026).
• Jackpots: Caesars mentions “linked progressive jackpots”, but no named network was found, and SportsLine says fewer Caesars games offer progressive jackpots than competitors’ do.

Caesars Palace Online Casino bonus and promotions

The welcome package has three parts, according to Covers, SportsLine and VegasInsider (September 25–30, 2026): a $10 casino credit at sign-up, a 100% match on your first deposit up to $1,000, and 2,500 Caesars Reward Credits once you’ve wagered $25. Caesars’ own promo page couldn’t be checked, so confirm terms in the app.

• $10 credit: no deposit needed; 1x playthrough on slots, 2x on video poker and 5x on other eligible games (baccarat, craps, roulette and sic bo are excluded); expires after 7 days.
• Deposit match: $10 minimum; 15x on slots, 30x on video poker and 75x on blackjack and other qualifying games (which count 20%), within 7 days. New Jersey’s match is slots-only.
• Reward Credits: credited within 30 days, per SportsLine.

Terms are reported as identical across the four states, apart from New Jersey’s slots-only rule.

Worked example. Take a $1,000 deposit and the full $1,000 match, assuming the multiple applies to the bonus alone (if it covered deposit plus bonus, the wagering would double):

On slots, the match is worth about $400 on average, but only if you finish $15,000 of play, over $2,100 a day, within 7 days. Blackjack looks better on paper, but 0.28% is the Wizard of Odds’ house edge for liberal rules and perfect basic strategy, $75,000 is about 3,000 hands at $25, and a table paying 6:5 turns the bonus into an expected loss. The $10 credit keeps nearly all its value: about $9.60 at 1x on slots.

Existing players mainly get Caesars Rewards, as Covers calls ongoing promotions limited. Credits earned in Caesars’ casino and sportsbook apps can be redeemed at Caesars destinations in the US and Canada, according to its annual report, and SportsLine reports 1 Reward Credit and 1 Tier Credit per $5 wagered on slots and per $25 on table games (about 200 credits per $1,000 of slot play). Tiers run from Gold to Seven Stars, and credits stay active if you earn at least one every six months.

Deposits and withdrawals

Caesars Palace Online takes deposits from $10. SportsLine and VegasInsider list the methods below plus PayNearMe, and SportsLine adds American Express.

The “within an hour” figures are VegasInsider’s; Covers says withdrawals are paid within 24 hours and SportsLine within 48. Caesars’ Michigan terms promise payment “as soon as reasonably possible”, subject to up to 72 hours of internal processing, and cap transactions at $10,000 a day. The minimum withdrawal couldn’t be confirmed.

App and experience

The Caesars Palace Online Casino iOS app is rated 4.7 out of 5 (4.69) from 28,582 ratings on Apple’s App Store as of September 30, 2026; its Google Play rating couldn’t be confirmed, and review sites report conflicting figures.

VegasInsider praises the app’s layout and convenience, while SportsLine says customer support isn’t easy to find inside it. A universal digital wallet combines your funds and Caesars Rewards across Caesars’ apps, according to its annual report.

Safety and customer support

Caesars Palace Online is licensed in all four states, but two issues at Caesars are worth knowing.

• New Jersey penalty: on August 5, 2026, the DGE issued an Action in Lieu of Complaint against “Caesars Sportsbook”, with a $251,250 civil penalty and $45,465.38 in disgorgement for responsible-gaming non-compliance. The order doesn’t say whether the violations involved the sportsbook, the casino or both.
• 2023 data breach: Caesars disclosed in September 2023 that a social-engineering attack on an outsourced IT support vendor let an attacker copy its loyalty-program database, which includes driver’s license and/or Social Security numbers for a significant number of members. Caesars says customer-facing operations weren’t affected. The breach led to proposed class actions and regulator inquiries; as of its 2025 annual report, Caesars had answered all the inquiries but couldn’t yet estimate any loss.
